By accessing or using FieldReport AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FieldReport AI is a web-based tool that helps field technicians and maintenance professionals generate professional maintenance reports using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided at getfieldreport.com.
A free tier with limited exports is available. Premium features require a paid subscription (Pro or Team plan), billed monthly via Stripe.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on your billing cycle date. Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to local taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Reports generated by FieldReport AI are produced by a large language model (Anthropic Claude). You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before use. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of generated reports.
Do not rely on AI-generated reports as a substitute for qualified professional judgment, especially in safety-critical situations.
You retain ownership of the content you input and the reports you generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input data solely to provide the Service.
The FieldReport AI software, design, and branding are the property of Isak Berget. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated reports will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isak Berget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
